Shocking new video has emerged showing Malik McDowell charging naked at a Florida police officer and pummeling the deputy before being tasered and arrested outside a preschool on Monday.
The Cleveland Browns defensive tackle was released on $27,000 bond last night after being charged with aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence and exposing his genitals in public.
He was previously arrested in 2019 for DUI and assaulting police in Michigan, and remains on probation for that conviction.
An arrest report from Monday's incident, obtained by DailyMail.com, states that the Browns star may have left the deputy with a permanent eye injury. The 6-foot-6, 295-pound McDowell was also tasered during the violent arrest, which took place after he was seen walking naked on the property of a preschool.
Just an hour earlier, McDowell was seen at a gym. TMZ published footage on Wednesday, showing him casually greeting people at the gym and sharing a few hugs. A source close to McDowell has since confirmed the authenticity of that video to DailyMail.com.
From there, the 25-year-old Detroit native reportedly went next door to a hotel where he was staying in Deerfield Beach, Florida to take a shower.
McDowell then emerged naked less than an hour later and wandered over to a the nearby preschool known as The Learning Experience.

According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, McDowell was arrested on Monday in Deerfield Beach, a town about 25 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale.
Police accused McDowell of a “violent attack” on a deputy that left him “dazed.” The deputy alleged that the defensive tackle “charged at me … at full speed with closed fist.”
Video obtained by The Post prior to the arrest shows McDowell walking naked down the street.
The narrator of the video says that McDowell fought with police, and then says, “He’s about to get tased right now. They tased him, bro.
McDowell was allegedly walking naked near a student learning centre, and entered the property while naked.
The deputy said he used his taser and handcuffed McDowell after being charged at.
