As part of our endeavor to initiate a conversation about children of separated parents, we are inviting legal and mental health professionals from across the world to form a consensus around reforms in our family courts system that would truly further the best interests and welfare of our children.
Oct 1, 2021 With rising divorce rates India is rapidly moving towards Parenting 4.0. Therefore, BambooTree Children's Foundation and Child Rights Foundation conducted a detailed survey of 500 parents and ~60 legal professionals on Indian Family Court system's preparedness and ability to protect the rights of children of separated parents. The video discusses the worrying data that has emerged from this survey and the urgent need for reforms, which if delayed could lead to a physical & mental health epidemic.

GIRL WHO FILED SERIAL FALSE RAPE CASES IN GURGAON
In 2020-2021 Ayushi Bhatia filed 7 rape cases in Gurgaon on 7 different men at 7 different police stations in Gurgaon. In most of these cases she claimed she was raped on false promise of marriage. Several men have spent months behind bars in this case while three have been proven false. one man still continues to be in Jail. In October, she forcefully married a man after threatening him of a rape case. This man approached me and I began investigating this case. What i saw was horrifying. this girl met men through instagram, facebook, in parties or clubs anywhere, slept with them and then threatened them of a rape case. she would go outside houses of these men and create ruckus there calling them rapists, rapists families. Police - despite knowing that she was lying, entertained her complaint because that's what the law says. After thorough investigations and connecting with her various victims, I filed a complaint with Commissioner of Police Gurgaon. My complaint was taken but not acted upon. Even after my complaint, she filed one more rape case. I raised the issue with Haryana State Women Commission and its Chairperson Preeti Bhardwaj Dalal took cognizance of it and wrote to DGP Haryana to constitute a committee. An SIT was formed but again nothing happened. I followed up with SIT head and finally this girl Ayushi Bhatia has been arrested. During this time, she was about to file her 8th Rape case , the audio of which is what you will hear. My message to men who are blackmailed like this is just one - fight ! fight not just for yourself but for several men that such women target thinking that they will never be caught.
